Terms and Conditions Of Sale
- All products will be received by you, the client within a maximum of 30 days. In the majority of cases our delivery is a fraction of this. Please ask at the point of order if you genuinely need your order urgently as we might be able to meet your request.
- We will always treat every request from our customers with as much consideration as we can. Without you, our business is nothing.
- In return, we ask that you pay promptly so that we can continue doing what we do best – supplying other customers – spending as little time as possible on the jobs we hate – paperwork!
- The best result comes from the best artwork, so if possible supply original artwork in .jpg or .bmp format. If you have problems with this, we can let you have the details of a designer who can help. We make stamps, but not artwork.
- All of our products are customised and as such, you cannot change your mind about ordering them after manufacture.
- However, if we make an error, we will get a corrected product to you as soon as possible with our biggest apologies – we are human and it does happen (but only very occasionally!).
- We also distribute our stamps through approved outlets throughout the UK. If you would like information about becoming a distributor, please contact Karen – Karen@griffindesigns.co.uk.
- As a small family company, we appreciate an advice on offer, so all constructive suggestions are gratefully received.
